Wireless Validation System is the wireless validation system for temperature, humidity and pressure that can be used for the GMP validation of the pharmacy industry. In compliance with the requirements of national GMP regulations.
The system consists of two parts, hardware and PC software.
The hardware part consists of a workstation as the communication terminal (of one channel or multiple channels) and data acquisition units. The data acquisition units deal with the acquisition of different types of data, including temperature, humidity and pressure. Such data acquisition units feature low power consumption, wide measurement range (temperature acquisition units have a range of -50℃ to 402℃ , humidity acquisition units -40℃ to 125℃ and 0% RH to 100 %RH, and pressure acquisition units -40℃ to 125℃ and 0 KPa to 655.35 KPa), high accuracy (±0.1℃ for temperature, ±%2RH for humidity and ±%0.25 for pressure during full range measurement), and the capability of working normally under the extreme environment (-50℃~142℃).
Based on the Windows system, the PC software is used to store, check and analyze the data acquired in the GMP validation process, and generate validation reports in the PDF format that conform to the certification requirements of GMP, FDA and SFDA. Featuring the capability of processing data in a scale of 10 M as well as optimized algorithm, it is high in processing speed. The new software platform allows for its stable operation and powerful functions in data statistics. The generated GMP validation reports are rich in visualized elements, good-looking in preview, and fast in search & retrieval, supporting virtual and physical printing. In line with the strict requirements of GMP validation regulations, it prohibits any modification to lower-layer data and provides rich functions for audit trail, so as to ensure the strictness of GMP validation. With simple and easy-to-operate interface, it supports output in the Excel formats, such as xls, csv and xlsx.
